Ingredients

  • 1 28- ounce bag frozen french fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Cook fries according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium low. Chop or press garlic and add to the olive oil along with salt. Cook 5 minutes, stirring to prevent garlic from sticking or burning. Pour into a bowl and set aside while fries finish cooking.
  • Transfer fries to a large bowl. Pour over the garlic olive oil and toss with tongs. Add the parmesan and parsley and toss again.
  • Serve immediately, with additional parmesan or parsley on top as desired.
