Preheat oven to 275°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or silicone baking mat.
Arrange pretzels onto the baking sheet in rows. Place 1 unwrapped Rolo on the center of each pretzel.
Place in the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes, just until the chocolate is melty and shiny.
Press 1 M&M or 1 pecan half into the center of each Rolo, pressing down to squish the melted chocolate into the pretzel and candy/pecan. Repeat until all the pretzels are topped.
Let rest until fully set. You can place in the fridge or freezer for 5-10 minutes to speed up the process. Store in an airtight container for 1 week.
