Mini pizza bagel bites are quick savory snacks for game day, after school, or movie marathons! You only need four ingredients for these crowd-pleasing bites.

Ingredients

  • 10 plain mini bagels halved
  • ⅔ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni quartered

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Arrange bagel halves, cut side up, on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce evenly on each bagel. Top with cheese, then pepperoni pieces.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bagels are toasty.

Notes

To reheat from frozen:
  • Microwave - 45 seconds
  • Oven - 10-15 minutes at 400°F
  • Air fryer - 5 minutes at 350°F
