Classic homemade Chex mix is irresistible! This easy party mix is perfect for entertaining, movie nights, or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex
  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup garlic rye chips
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • In a large roasting pan or baking dish, combine cereals, peanuts, pretzels, and rye chips.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the cereal mixture, stirring well to coat.
  • Bake Chex mix for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Let cool completely before storing.

Notes

To make in the microwave, use a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds.
