Mini pigs in a blanket are the perfect party appetizer! Cocktail sausages are wrapped in flaky dough for a delectable, crave-worthy bite.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces cocktail sausages little smokies
  • 1 crescent dough sheet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking, if desired.
  • Unroll crescent dough and cut into 40 equal strips.
  • Wrap each strip of dough around a cocktail sausage and place on the baking sheet, making sure the dough end is tucked under.
  • Beat egg and brush onto dough, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.
